Formosa Bites is a Taiwanese food stall from Marion Bay bringing authentic street food flavours to A Taste of the Huon. This year, they're celebrating the region's exceptional produce, featuring Willie Smith's organic apples, Southern Caps Mushroom's lion's mane, and Our Mates’ Farm organic pork.
