A Taste of the Huon 2027

For more than three decades, this festival has been a showcase of what the Huon Valley and D'Entrecasteaux Channel do best. Growers, makers, distillers, cooks and artists, all in one paddock, for two days each March.

Now we're building the 2027 line-up, and we'd love you to be part of it.

We're looking for stallholders across four categories:

Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages for meals, desserts, baked goods and coffee made fresh on site. Every food stall features a signature dish built around local produce, offered in both a small "taste" size and a full serve, so visitors can graze their way across the festival.

Alcoholic Beverages for wine, cider, beer, spirits and liqueurs, with preference to the people who actually grow, ferment, distil or brew it. This is our most popular category and we always receive more applications than we have sites.

Harvest to Home for produce and products to take home. Fruit and veg, bread, jams, chutneys, honey, preserves, plants and herbs, grown or made by you.

Artisan Arts & Crafts for jewellery, ceramics, woodcraft, textiles, fine art, glasswork and other original handmade pieces, designed and made in the region.

Whatever the category, the thread running through it is the same. We want stalls that tell a story about this place. Local ingredients, local skills, small batches, real connection to the valley and the Channel.
