Summerleas Distillery
Summerleas Distillery is a boutique family-owned distillery nestled in the southern foothills of Mt Wellington. Operating since 2018, they are proud to be considered one of the premier gin-only distilleries in Tasmania. Their award-winning London Dry gins have gained many accolades over the years, including gold medals nationally and internationally at the International Wine and Spirits show in London. They source some botanicals from the Huon region as well as growing their own on their farm. They combine the finished gin with local fruit garnishes to create their wonderful range of fresh handmade cocktails.
