Established in 1824, their passionate brewers craft beers using 100% Tasmanian barley and hops. Their heritage Cascade Truck will be pouring fresh tap beers all weekend. 

Frank’s Cider is a multi-award-winning range of clear, sparkling ciders made from 100% Tasmanian apples, pears, cherries, and raspberries. The Clark family has grown apples and pears in Franklin, in Tasmania’s Huon Valley, since 1836, with the cider named after Frank Clark, a third-generation orchardist who planted many of the trees still harvested today by the fifth and sixth generations.

Summerleas Distillery is a boutique, family-owned gin distillery established in 2018 in the southern foothills of Mt Wellington and is recognised as one of Tasmania’s premier gin-only producers. Using locally sourced and home-grown botanicals, their award-winning London Dry gins have earned national and international gold medals and are featured in a range of fresh, handcrafted cocktails.

Captain Bligh’s Brewery began in 2011 as a cider maker using Huon apples and is named after Captain Bligh, who planted fruit trees in Tasmania in 1788. Inspired by the Huon Valley’s fruit and hop heritage, the brewery honours this history through its beer and spirits. They have created a new Triple Fruited Sour—a smooth, creamy, fruit-forward ale—for A Taste of the Huon.

T-Bone Brewing Co. crafts flavour-driven beers from their Huntingfield brewery in the Channel region. For three years, they've been producing balanced, approachable beers full of character. Taking a hands-on approach from recipe creation to packaging, T-Bone delivers memorable brews designed for casual drinkers and craft enthusiasts alike.

Ivy Lane Espresso is an independent coffee stall serving freshly brewed coffee crafted from locally roasted Zimmah beans. Pure Mist from Geeveston is a multi-award-winning water and gin producer with a focus on 'Mist Water Extraction' in the winter months of the Huon Valley. They are twice winner (2023 and 2025) of the Fine Water Society's World's Best Sparkling Water. They are winner of the 2025 International Water Tasting Competition Guangzhou and winner of the 2024 Distilled Spirits Awards for their Lemon Myrtle, Mediterranean and Raspberry straight gins and G and T, Raspberry Gin and Lemonade premixed products. 

L’appel Wines is the wine project of emerging Tasmanian vignerons Bart Johnston and Jess Nuel. Sourcing fruit from highly regarded plots around Tasmania, including the Huon Valley, regional expression is at the core of the L’appel suite. Their winemaking is light-handed, with wild-fermented, unfiltered wines. 

Willie Smith's Tasmanian is proudly rooted in the heart of the Huon Valley, where four generations of the Smith family have grown apples in the region's rich soil and cool climate. Every cider they make is crafted on-site, from tree to can. Their apples travel only 27 steps from orchard to press, allowing them to capture the freshness, flavour and honesty of Huon Valley fruit. They draw on their values of community, nature, connection and folklore to produce ciders that are unmistakably Tasmanian.

Pagan Cider began in 2012 from a small home brewing operation. Their ethos is to produce ciders that highlight the Huon Valley and its fruits. They came out with one of the first all-natural cherry ciders in the country, the Cerise or simply cherry cider, which is made completely from Huon Valley cherries, with no added sugars. Alongside their other core ciders, the Apple, Pear and Blueberry, Pagan Cider also enjoys creating seasonal ciders such as Quince, Raspberry and Plum to again highlight what's on offer and what is possible from their amazing region and Tasmania. 

White Morph Mead is bringing an ancient beverage into the 21st century by making a range of meads from beautiful Tasmanian honey. From light and refreshing through to complex sippers, they're having fun combining different flavours to produce unique and delicious mead. They are a family-owned business based in Kettering in the wonderful D'Entrecasteaux Channel. They love to make use of high-quality local produce to craft delicious meads. 

Tasmaniac Distillers are a trio of country-living, folk-singing, and banjo-stringing mates, distilling down in Cygnet in southern Tasmania. Their flavours represent the Huon Valley by collaborating with local producers, farmers, and foragers. With inspiration from Scandinavia, they've distilled Antarctic Aquavit, the world's most southern produced Aquavit. Each spirit captures the essence of the island and showcases the distinctive flavours of the Huon Valley.

Home Hill is an award-winning boutique winery nestled in the Huon Valley, just 30 minutes from Hobart. Surrounded by vineyards and countryside with magnificent Mt. Wellington views, they've been crafting exceptional cool-climate wines for 35 years. Their prestigious Pinot Noirs have won Australia's most coveted wine awards. 

Oyster Cove Brewing (previously Tasmanian Chilli Beer Company) brews a large range of low-sugar, fresh and fruity, and sometimes spicy, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They use local raspberries, lemons, hops, blackcurrants, leatherwood honey and chillies to traditionally brew uniquely Tasmanian sparkling drinks. Their popular ginger beers are smooth and very gingery, some brewed with chilli, some with hops, others mixed with their own spiced rum. Their ripe and luscious Raspberry Sparkling is not too sweet and their Gin, Tang and Spice is tangy, with a hint of chilli. They have a drink for every palate! 

Mountain River Distillery is the dream of husband-and-wife team Ben and Steph. The idea for a distillery was first born over afternoon drinks at Ben’s family farm in Mountain River. After years of research, travel and life getting in the way, they took the leap in 2021 to commit to distilling and have been enjoying every moment since. They are passionate young distillers, continuously inspired by the botanicals of the Huon Valley, with a goal to share this beautiful region with the world one sip at a time.

The Groombridge family has operated Trial Bay Orchard for over 70 years, traditionally growing fruit for domestic and export markets. After a devastating fire destroyed their packing and storage facilities in 2019, the next generation reinvented the family business by launching Mr Bridges. Today, Mr Bridges produces fresh apple beverages, including three ciders and a sparkling apple juice, with more to come.

Kate Hill Wines, established in 2008, sits on the edge of Huonville producing elegant cool-climate wines from their two Huon Valley vineyards, Four Winds and The Glen. Their minimal intervention philosophy showcases the highest quality fruit, creating wines of character and expression that tell the story of the valley.
