Formosa Bites
Formosa Bites is a Taiwanese food stall from Marion Bay bringing authentic street food flavours to A Taste of the Huon. This year, they're celebrating the region's exceptional produce, featuring Willie Smith's organic apples, Southern Caps Mushroom's lion's mane, and Our Mates’ Farm organic pork. Try their famous charcoal-grilled Squidlipop, slow-cooked Spiced Pork Rice Bowl, or their aromatic Chilli Crisp Noodle Salad. With gluten-free and dairy-free options available, there's something delicious for everyone.
Storm Bay Donuts
Storm Bay Donuts is a locally owned, Kingston-based business celebrating the best of southern Tasmania. They craft fresh, indulgent donuts using produce sourced from the Huon Valley and Kingborough region - including Huon Valley apples, locally made vegan chocolate, and a seasonal range inspired by Tasmanian gins and liqueurs from Cygnet. Every bite showcases local flavour, community and a little bit of fun.
The Ember Box
The Ember Box is a cherished family-run wood-fired pizza van celebrating Tasmania’s bounty with premium local ingredients wherever available. For A Taste of the Huon this year, they’re serving a special Braised Lamb Pizza made with local lamb from Clifton Farm—a delicious festival bite, fresh from the wood-fired oven.
