Oyster Cove Brewing (previously Tasmanian Chilli Beer Company) brews a large range of low-sugar, fresh and fruity, and sometimes spicy, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They use local raspberries, lemons, hops, blackcurrants, leatherwood honey and chillies to traditionally brew uniquely Tasmanian sparkling drinks. Their popular ginger beers are smooth and very gingery, some brewed with chilli, some with hops, others mixed with their own spiced rum. Their ripe and luscious Raspberry Sparkling is not too sweet and their Gin, Tang and Spice is tangy, with a hint of chilli. They have a drink for every palate! 

Mountain River Distillery is the dream of husband-and-wife team Ben and Steph. The idea for a distillery was first born over afternoon drinks at Ben’s family farm in Mountain River. After years of research, travel and life getting in the way, they took the leap in 2021 to commit to distilling and have been enjoying every moment since. They are passionate young distillers, continuously inspired by the botanicals of the Huon Valley, with a goal to share this beautiful region with the world one sip at a time.

The Groombridge family has operated Trial Bay Orchard for over 70 years, traditionally growing fruit for domestic and export markets. After a devastating fire destroyed their packing and storage facilities in 2019, the next generation reinvented the family business by launching Mr Bridges. Today, Mr Bridges produces fresh apple beverages, including three ciders and a sparkling apple juice, with more to come.

Kate Hill Wines, established in 2008, sits on the edge of Huonville producing elegant cool-climate wines from their two Huon Valley vineyards, Four Winds and The Glen. Their minimal intervention philosophy showcases the highest quality fruit, creating wines of character and expression that tell the story of the valley. 

Blue Sage has been serving coffee and treats across Tasmania since 2019. They pour coffee made with beans from renowned Hobart roasters Villino and milk from Bream Creek, alongside homemade hot chocolate, chai lattes and a selection of teas. Cold drinks include juices, soft drinks and milkshakes with lashings of ice cream.
