Fancy Freeze Tasmania
Fancy Freeze Tasmania is a proud Huon Valley business capturing the pure taste of Tasmania in every bite. Using locally grown, organic Huon Valley fruit—much of it from their own orchard—they craft premium freeze-dried products that celebrate the region's natural abundance. Alongside fruit, they offer freeze-dried Tasmanian ice cream and a playful range of freeze-dried lollies, showcasing the freshness, creativity and vibrant spirit of the Huon Valley.
Willie Smith's Cider
Willie Smith's Tasmanian is proudly rooted in the heart of the Huon Valley, where four generations of the Smith family have grown apples in the region's rich soil and cool climate. Every cider they make is crafted on-site, from tree to can. Their apples travel only 27 steps from orchard to press, allowing them to capture the freshness, flavour and honesty of Huon Valley fruit. They draw on their values of community, nature, connection and folklore to produce ciders that are unmistakably Tasmanian.
Lucaston Park Orchards
Lucaston Park Orchards is a fifth-generation family farm in Lucaston, nestled in Tasmania’s Huon Valley. Visit their stall for fresh apples and raspberries, plus a range of local fruit juices. Everything on offer is made using local produce sourced just around the corner in Lucaston, true harvest-to-home freshness.
Lost Captain Restaurant & Taphouse
A local Huon business using local ingredients and staff to deliver an innovative experience for customers. Through their partnership with Spekle Park beef farm in North Huon, they showcase premium products using their specially designed smoked meat trailer. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available through support from Cygnet Garden Larder.
Phoenix Creations
Phoenix Creations ethically source timber locally and create in their studio in Cygnet. They hope to inspire and educate people about traditional carving techniques, the cultural heritage of green wood carving, and how artists can create with a low environmental impact. Their line includes hand-carved wooden spoons, other utensils, kuksas, bowls and boxes, wall art, pendants and earrings.
Pagan Cider
Pagan Cider began in 2012 from a small home brewing operation. Their ethos is to produce ciders that highlight the Huon Valley and its fruits. They came out with one of the first all-natural cherry ciders in the country, the Cerise or simply cherry cider, which is made completely from Huon Valley cherries, with no added sugars. Alongside their other core ciders, the Apple, Pear and Blueberry, Pagan Cider also enjoys creating seasonal ciders such as Quince, Raspberry and Plum to again highlight what's on offer and what is possible from their amazing region and Tasmania.
Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight loves strawberries, especially from Cygnet, and makes them the star of their van. Who doesn't love a loaded cup of strawberries with Nutella, ice cream and cream, or strawberry sauce, sliced strawberries, ice cream and nacho waffles? They offer strawberry ice cream, strawberry loaded shakes made with Tasmanian milk, and of course their other ice cream flavours all topped with fresh strawberries.
Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods
Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods is proud to showcase their premium wild-caught fish and lobster, landed at Dover, along with East Coast scallops and squid at A Taste of the Huon 2026. Their menu features award-winning fish and chips, as well as crowd favourites such as pepperberry squid and crunchy taste-size beer-battered lobster pops. Fresh, local seafood at its finest.
White Morph Mead
White Morph Mead is bringing an ancient beverage into the 21st century by making a range of meads from beautiful Tasmanian honey. From light and refreshing through to complex sippers, they're having fun combining different flavours to produce unique and delicious mead. They are a family-owned business based in Kettering in the wonderful D'Entrecasteaux Channel. They love to make use of high-quality local produce to craft delicious meads.
Tasmaniac Distillers
Tasmaniac Distillers are a trio of country-living, folk-singing, and banjo-stringing mates, distilling down in Cygnet in southern Tasmania. Their flavours represent the Huon Valley by collaborating with local producers, farmers, and foragers. With inspiration from Scandinavia, they've distilled Antarctic Aquavit, the world's most southern produced Aquavit. Each spirit captures the essence of the island and showcases the distinctive flavours of the Huon Valley.
7 Goose Grove
At 7 Goose Grove - Organic Olive Oil, they're all about keeping things simple. Their trees grow happily in the foothills of Mt Cygnet, soaking up the sunshine, rain and goodness from the soil. Basically, they just let Tasmania do its thing. A very small family business, they've always chosen quality over quantity—no irrigation or chemicals, just small yields producing an exquisite oil.

Home Hill is an award-winning boutique winery nestled in the Huon Valley, just 30 minutes from Hobart. Surrounded by vineyards and countryside with magnificent Mt. Wellington views, they've been crafting exceptional cool-climate wines for 35 years. Their prestigious Pinot Noirs have won Australia's most coveted wine awards.
AC3D
AC3D started in the Huon Valley, creating durable sensory tools through 3D printing. Each piece is printed from sustainably sourced plant-based bioplastic and hand-finished for strength and quality. Living with ADHD inspired the creation of purposeful tools that support focus and calm. By producing high-quality items from raw materials locally, AC3D proves that small-scale manufacturing can thrive in regional Tasmania.
Slow Intentions
Slow Intentions is an eco-conscious home and living brand created by husband and wife team Jodie and Brendan Walker. Having relocated from Brisbane to the Huon Valley in May 2024, they've fallen in love with the region and its like-minded community. Brendan hand-turns unique stem vases, pens and desk clocks using locally sourced sustainable timbers. Jodie crochets zero-waste items from natural, compostable fibres, alongside hand-poured scented soy candles reflecting Tasmania's beauty.
The Smallest Pancakes in Town
A family-based business from Kingston serving freshly cooked pancakes on-site with various sweet toppings. They source their strawberries from the Huon Valley and make their own homemade organic lemon curd, bringing quality local ingredients to every delicious stack.
Geckostrands
Geckostrands showcases Tasmanian handmade and grown products, transformed into one-of-a-kind wearable pieces. All of their dyes are created from natural materials—eucalypts, muds, and tannins—that are sustainably grown, gathered, and prepared on their property in Franklin in the Huon Valley. Every item reflects Tasmania’s natural environment and values of sustainability, while adding value through design and craftsmanship.
